Nach dem Glauben der Aborigines nimmt man einen Teil der Seele von den Dingen, wenn man sie fotografiert. Dieses Projekt möchte das Gegenteil – der Stadt ein Bild von sich selbst zurückgeben, um ihre Seele wiederherzustellen, in dem sie das kommerzielle Umfeld und Werbeelemente weglässt. Es versucht die Aufmersamkeit auf die daraus entstehende Bagatellisierung der Orte zu lenken und die fehlende Absicht, mit ihnen zu interagieren.
According to an aborigine belief, when you take a picture of something you steal some part of its soul. This project, on the contrary aims to return to the city an image of itself in order to rebuild its soul, avoiding any kind of commercial or advertising purpose. It also tries to make aware of the impulsive consume/production of images, to which we are used to and trivialize the places without any intention of interacting with them.
